According to the sources, the Hangzhou’s Chinese court considered Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) like online virtual property.

For this reason, they are protected by law. 

Law birthed after an episode of everyday life. A user take legal action against an anonymous online platform because of the acquire’s cancellation. This happened because user gave to the platform informations like name and mobile phone that didn’t match their data. 

Chinese court affirmed that “NFT digital collections belong to the category of virtual property and payments are selling of digital goods through internet”.
