SEC- the United States Securities and Exchange Commission - and Binance.US signed an agreement to avoid total asset freeze.

Amy Berman Jackson- the U.S. District Judge -  referred in fact that he wanna work on a compromise arrangement to avoid closing the exchange.

“Shutting it down completely would create significant consequences not only for the company but for the digital asset markets in general”. 

John Read Stark - wrote on Twitter: “The SEC and the Binance defendants have each submitted draft orders of what each party wants the Judge to order in the SEC/Binance Emergency Asset Freeze Enforcement Action.”
